Heyyyy you guys! I'm back once again. The move went well and I am finally in a place where I think I belong in the good ol' state of Oklahoma. Never quite felt like the original place I moved was a good fit...this area definitely is. Don't get me wrong, TEXAS will always be my home. My family is there along with some very dear friends that mean the world to me. With my work schedule I am unable to get back there very often which saddens me, but when I do, it's gonna be one helluva a great time!

Now onto bodybuilding...the Jan Tana was this past weekend and I want to congratulate Sarah Dunlap for kicking butt. She looked very good! I will reserve comment on everyone else. Some looked great, some looked shameful. Hey...they are the ones that have to sleep at night with their decisions. As for me, I sleep just fine. I am doing well in terms of my physique. I am staying leaner and tighter and continuing to refine areas of need...i.e..bigger shoulders, glute/ham tie-in, and my poor calf. That thing was just devastated from the injury. It looks a little different than my other one, but I refuse to have surgery and rehab time for something that doesn't look that bad. Just me being picky as usual. I hope you are all enjoying the update. I really loved the dress I was wearing and felt great in it. Mike Yurkovic from PhysiqueArt was the photographer and I just think this guy is an outstanding photographer! His black and whites are unreal. I hope to work with him again in the future...he's always on my list!

This coming Saturday(30th) marks the birthday of my beloved Electra. She would have been 11 years old and I am sure just as spry and puppy-like as she always was if God hadn't had another plan for her. For those that really GET the love one has for their dog, you will understand that I don't think I will EVER get over her death. She meant the world to me and I think of her everyday. She showed me that one of the most elusive and tricky things of all could be attained...UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Here is a pic of her and I. She HATED it when I pulled her legs up like that...lol! And no, that isn't a moustache, that's her ear on my face! HAHAHA!!! I am tearing up looking at this pic so hope you enjoy.

Keep those requests coming in on what you would like to see in future updates. I am enjoying them...well, some of them! lol! I will do what I can to accomodate--I truly appreciate your interest and support as always.
More soon!
