Those were the days. This pic was taken in early 2003. I would give anything to go back to that time and remember how great things felt then. I had such a fierce passion for bodybuilding...such stars in my eyes! Funny how life changes so dramatically with time. Not complaining, as things are going pretty darn good for me right now. I look forward to waking up and tackling my day filled with great clients, good friends, and a lot of laughter. I haven't laughed this much in a while and it is a refreshing change. Thank you all for the great emails. You are all right and it is duly noted. I have THE GREATEST "fans" and members. You contribute to my smiles too...thanks again.

Now..onto my website update....aaarrgghhh!!! Not sure what happened, but my webmaster has had my update content for a while now. He is travelling a lot, so I am waiting patiently for him to return (which I think is this weekend). He is great, so I am not complaining...just know that he has my material ready to go as soon as he returns so hang in there! I will also tell you that the next update beyond this one will be HOT! I have the perfect scene set and am looking aaaight right now, so I will definitely "spice it up" for you all. It's about time don't you think?? lol! Okay, I will leave you in suspense. Enjoy your weekend all...I definitely will.
