Merry Christmas you guys! Just got back from H-Town visiting the fam. Had a WONDERFUL time!! Hope you all did as well.

I am contemplating the upcoming year in terms of my competitive future. Like I have said before, I have become a bit disenchanted with fbbing, but still have some things to take care of on my end. My pro debut was a bit lackluster due to my conditioning being off from the disaster a month out from the show. Redemption is on my mind if you know what I mean. I will take a look at the schedule and let you all know what is next for me and appreciate your interest, as always.

Now...in my previous entry I said some things that were a bit harsh and totally not my style. I have removed that due to poor, snap judgement on my part. When I am in a mood like that things just kind of come out so I should be more mindful of posting during those times. Furthermore, I would like to say this: You will not find a more upfront, honest person when it comes to my feelings on other people. If you are a friend of mine, I will go to the wall for you. If you aren't, you will know it. If you are confused about which you are, please just go by how I treat you one on one...not hear say or speculation. You never know the sinister motives behind things such as that. Life is to short to be FAKE. I choose to keep it real and enjoy others that do too!

Hey y'all! Wow! After my "announcement" here, it seems like the news is everywhere! Honestly...people break up all the time. No big deal really. Much speculation, etc.. is being gossiped about which is unfortunate. The bottom line is this: I am doing fine and am carrying on with my life. I am happy and content and have a much healthier perspective on everything around me INCLUDING female bodybuilding. I see the sport for what it is and what it means to me and I also see certain fellow competitors for who/what they really are too. It is amazing to me the comraderie that should be in place in our industry that is simply false or nonexistent.

I have made a decision to start airing how I feel about this matter along with other subjects here in G'Ology instead of "Gina's Thoughts" inside my member's area. As a matter of fact, I will ask Andy to remove that section and give you all a front row seat to my thoughts right here, free of charge! I have never been one to mix words and I certainly have, and will have, a lot to say in the future. My loyalties are with very few of my "sisters of iron", so if I feel the need to express anything in the future, I am going to do it. That's how things should be UP FRONT AND HONEST right? In a mood tonight as you can tell--more later.

Hey y'all! Long time to post eh? lol! I am still alive and kickin' no worries! Been a bit..ahem...preoccupied on my end for the last month. Don't really get into too much drama on my journal, but hey--think it's about damn time don't you? Here's a tiny bit of what's been goin' on in my world...

Just about every facet of my life has changed since I moved to Oklahoma. I'm sure a lot of you may know that my move was mainly in part to be with my trainer/boyfriend Howard Huddleston. Well, after 2.5 years we have called it quits. We were really great at one time, but sometimes all great things must come to an end. I have nice memories to take with me and wish him well always.

With this change in my life-- I have moved into my own place, have an awesome new job, and am training at a new gym here in OKC. Whew! That pretty much covers it! lol!

I will leave you all with that and also tell you that I haven't been above 180# this offseason and still look and feel pretty dang good! Members--please forgive the lack of updates recently. Between Andy being on vacation and my life change, things have been a bit slow for my site. The good news is that I sent him a new gallery and one video clip last night which he should update tomorrow. You all will LOVE the clip!!! It's of me training one of my dearest clients and local figure competitor May. Kinda HOT if you know what I mean....tee hee... Updates will be on track from here on out now that I have eliminated the drama from my life. Oh yea baby...things are gonna get crazy around here. STICK AROUND!
