Hi gang! Lots to update you on so here we go....
Gina news: Still maintaining a weight of 174-175 lbs these days and feeling great! Training is steady and fun. I have never physically had such a terrific time in the offseason EVER. This is a refreshing change and I am loving every minute of it. I will be posting some pics and video clips of me in my present condition on this weeks update, so stay tuned for that.
Body Tech news: Our athletes SMASHED everyone at the Red River this year and took the men's overall trophy as well. It was a great show that wasn't short on talent, so it was quite an honor. Congrats to the crew...well done! Shelley Silva kicked some butt at the John Sherman last weekend too, so big "way to go" goes out to her too!
Industry news: NPC Nationals are in Miami this weekend and Howard is there right now dialing Darrell Terrell in for the stage. D.T. is a heavyweight and should do very well. We also have a lightweight, Ryan Hames making his nationals debut and wish him the best. I wasn't able to make the trip due to family obligations but sure do wish I could be there! I was set to do hair/makeup for Jody May, Sheilahe Brown, and Kristy Hawkins who should all do awesome in their respective classes. Sorry I couldn't be there to help "polish" them for the stage but wish them loads of luck--go get 'em girls!
