Holy Moly! I just got my photo shoot pics in that I did with Genex....in a word, they are I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E!!! I just have to share some with you that I will include in future updates. Wow...Gene is the man!!!

Okay, okay my food fest ended promptly Sunday at midnight. I have been back on my diet and hitting the cardio again for a guest posing at Darrell Terrell's TOTAL PACKAGE show next weekend on the 16th. He and I will be doing a couple's routine and it is gonna be off 'da hook! We finalized it today and should be a lot of fun!

The North Americans are coming up next weekend as well. I don't know of many that are doing this pro-qualifying show, but the ones I do know that will be there are going to be bringin' the goods! In the heavyweights Andrea Weston and Sherry Smith will be battling it out and Isabelle Turell should take the light-heavies. To receive your pro card, you must win the overall at this show so it is going to be interesting to see what the judges go for this time. I wish these three ladies as well as the rest of the women lots of luck and much success at the show. Carri will be there giving us the play-by-play so we should get the news as it happens!

As if two shows on the same weekend weren't enough, the Canadian Nationals are that weekend as well! Howard has been working with the young phenom, Cindy Phillips and this girl is looking GOOOOOOD! She is not only a beauty, but has incredible shape and full muscle bellies that should put her at the top of the pack up there in Canada-land! Super excited for her to show off her hardwork!

In other news, Body Tech Gym has a new address! I didn't even have time to take my false eyelashes off the day after my photo shoots when we pulled back into Oklahoma and went to work with the move! It was exciting to see that the Body Tech crew had already gotten a lot of things started for us which meant a lot! The new place is just amazing. It is WAY bigger and nicer than the last location. Most of the equipment has been placed and the people have been streaming in. I am so happy and excited for Howard---he deserves this new facility more than anyone I know. Once we have everything finished, I will post some pics for you all to see. There is always a standing invitation for anyone passing through Oklahoma to come by and see this notorious gym for themselves. You have to be here to feel the energy it evokes.
