This is where I will keep everyone updated on my recent news and happenings.

I am a walking contradiction...very muscular, yet very girly at the same time. I LOVE being unique!

As I have said before, Body Tech is alive and rockin' right now! It is so cool to be a part of this truly unique environment everyday. I know that I am a far better bodybuilder for having been able to train here. NOTHING compares to it. Here are some neat shots of two of our resident "studs" doing what they do best. First up is Darrell Terrell looking "pretty" as usual along with a cool shot of him gearing up for his next set-I love pics like this!

Next is none other than the phenomenal Bren Baldwin training hard for our upcoming powerlifting meet in March. Here he is squatting 785lbs and his reaction after this successful lift:

Just an incredible group of people that I gain motivation from constantly. If you are ever in Okie-land I highly recommend stopping in and witnessing all of this for yourself. More later!

Hi y'all! First of all, I have to give a big GET WELL SOON to my G'Ology monitor himself, Big Jeremy. Sorry to hear about your injury sweetie...hang in there, you will be good as new very soon! (trust me, I know about these things)lol!

In other news, Body Tech is brimming full of future title holders in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. Each week brings more exciting prospects and hopes...the place is off the charts right now--very proud to be a part of it!

Carri and I have been hitting some workouts together when she is off from fighting all these brush fires we are having here! We trained back last night. I am no longer using the sumo stance and have went back to conventional which I like A LOT better! Until I get used to it, I am easing my poundages back up. Here are some pics of that:

Earlier in the week, I had a particularly heinous arm workout complete with some lying bicep curls on the lat pulldown machine...suffice it to say, my arms were screaming after this one!

Then we went on to triceps which finished my arms off for good...and my reaction to the entire thing:

MEMBER'S UPDATE: You guys are going to LOVE the photo shoot and video clips from this week. Andy is posting them this evening!!! Enjoy!!!

I was downloading some pics from my camera and found these from Xmas. The first one is of me and my "beauty" Electra:

She's 9 1/2 years old now and has been my unconditional best friend for all these years. She is an AMAZING dog:

Next up we have H's Mom's dog, his name is "Winston":

He is probably one of the biggest dogs I have ever seen...and is the SWEETEST thing! Love him!

Remember me talking about having a ball on the three-wheelers? Here is one of me right before "take off"!

Great memories made that day that I will cherish. Now, let's talk about things I won't cherish...the new torture device that Body Tech has adopted. It is our new sled that we lovingly call "Lucifer". Can you believe that we have people putting tons of weight on this thing and racing for time in the parking lot??? In the present update I have 5 video clips of me "pulling lucifer", complete with one that you get a first-hand view of being pulled...H was filming FROM THE SLED ITSELF!lol! Very cool footage. Not sure I have seen something like that before on a site. I also have a blooper of sorts when I hit a crack in the parking lot and almost threw him off...priceless! lol! This week's update is really cool and original...hope my members enjoy! Here is a pic of me having some fun:

I told you that my updates would be cool and exciting...and they are just gettin' better! Stay tuned!

It was brought to my attention tonight at the gym that I haven't updated G'Ology lately, so here I am! Sorry 'bout that J, will try to do better big guy!

The new year is upon us and I hope everyone's is starting out well. Forget making resolutions people...they just set you up for failure or make you feel guilty if you don't do exactly as you would have hoped. I enjoy living in the present and making each day count, not place so much unrealistic pressure on my shoulders and carry that burden daily. I am not saying not to set goals, yes, absolutely do so...just don't make one BIG unreachable one that will make you feel terrible if it isn't achieved. Lecture ended. lol!

In gym news, Body Tech is ramping up for our first annual "Body Tech Classic" powerlifting competition to be held here in Oklahoma in March of this year. Gonna be very exciting! We have a lot of "country strong" Okie boys in our gym alone...I can only imagine how the competition will be on that day. If anyone is interested in competing or attending, please go to this link and read more about it: http://www.thelaststronghold.com.

In Gina news, I am still kicking butt in the gym. I had a particularly freaky arm workout today. It was a good one, but there were times when I could feel my left arm getting fatigued quicker than my right. My injury has healed...but I still have to pay attention to little signs of when it is time to ease up. I absolutely hate that I have to deal with this---note to self: the next time you have an ache in a joint for longer than 5 mos, it's probably not "just tendonitis" EINSTEIN! lol! If I would've only listened to my body then...well...I would've still trained through it I guess! LOL!

Members: I am going to shoot a cool update for you tomorrow and Andy will most likely have it posted by Sunday. We have a new contraption at the gym that we lovingly call "Lucifer"...it's a powerlifting sled that you can stack weights on and pull behind you in the parking lot. I am going to see what I can do with it tomorrow so you all can be the recipient of the footage that we shoot. Should be cool and out of the ordinary...that's what I am right??? OUT OF THE ORDINARY. lol! Hope you like!

Until next time party people,
G
