Hi folks! Hope everyone is having a terrific Easter. My Easters are always pretty uneventful, and this year was no exception. I have never been a big egg huntin', chocolate bunny eatin' type, so I guess I have never really gotten into this holiday except for recognizing what Easter is REALLY all about through my faith. At any rate, I hope whoever found the "golden" egg got a lot of money inside of it! lol!

I went to see "Ms. Congeniality 2" last night and would have to put that into the "rental only" category. Lots of cool previews coming soon though!

I received a great email from my buddy Amanda Dunbar today. Simply put, that girl is MOTIVATED to kick some butt in the light-heavies at the USA this year in July. I will be attending the show with the rest of the OKC Crew to cheer her on. We have heard through the grapevine that Sherry Smith will be competing there as well in the heavies. Howard is not working with her this year, so it will be interesting to see if she can bring the same look that she did last year when she won her class. I thought she looked the best she ever had. Good luck to her. Another rumor is that the mighty Heather Policky will be making a comeback at this show also. IF that girl nails her conditioning, NO ONE CAN TOUCH HER. She has a pro card waiting on her when she finally gets it together.

I hope you all like the changes to my homepage. I plan to do a lot of redesigning to the free section, so be looking out for that. I have some really KILLER pics in my member's section this week that I took with Mike Yurkovic. He is always great to work with and really brings out the sensual/sultry element in his photos.

Alrighty...here is a pic of me and my good buddy, Stephanie. She is getting ready for junior nationals this year in the figure division. She doesn't qualify as "average", as a matter of fact, I think she has one heck of a physique. This is somewhat of a comparison...between a bber and figure girl.

Hit an all-time high on hack squats last night: 5 plates each side for 8 reps. Whew! It was pretty intense. I am really enjoying my offseason, not only for not eating as strict but for the big lifts as well.

Your suggestions for future updates have been taken into consideration. I like the one with me next to an "average" sized female. I understand what you mean about things being relative to their surroundings. I will see what I can do about that....

Well, repetrope finally came out with the videos of Nationals: prejudging, evening show, backstage posing, and pump room. I have seen some of them and they look really good! In case you were wondering where I came up with the name "Kowe" for my new lil' puppy, it's "Ewok" spelled backwards. You Star Wars fans will understand where that comes from. She looks just like an Ewok and acts like a princess! I have never been a lapdog type girl, since my first baby is a huge Doberman Pinscher, but I must admit, I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with this dog!!! She is as loveable as they come and don't take no #*&@ all at the same time! lol! Great new addition to my life.

Wanted to let you all know that I am in the new FLEX magazine. (March 2005 issue) It is so cool to see my pics and have people come up to me to autograph their copy. Who knows...maybe the COVER someday??? Hey, a girl can dream!
