Okay,  I will be shooting some more video clips for the member's section tomorrow night.  I am coming up on 16 weeks out from Nats and I have already been dieting for a week...minimal changes but I need to get some new things going on the site.   I plan to have a "road to victory" gallery with updates of my physique every two weeks with some videos as well.  I will post my measurements along with that.  Other than that...I am training like there is no tomorrow.  I contacted WPW about my pics and apparently they have been mailed.  As soon as I get them they will be posted as well.  "G"

Holy hell...Carri Ledford became an IFBB PRO this weekend!  I was privileged enough to be with her over the weekend not only to witness her receive top honors at the USA but also attended her WEDDING!  It is no secret that I am a huge fan of Sherry Smith's and I was so happy to see her win the heavies as well.  What a thrilling weekend!  It was also a MOTIVATIONAL weekend...I have a lot of hard work to do in the next four months and I am so ready to get it done.  I am very excited by the fact that I am working with the mastermind behind Sherry and Carri's condition, Howard Huddleston.  He is a genius and I am positive that he will help me bring my best physique to the stage this November.   I just started my morning and evening cardio (30min each) today.  YUCK! I hate cardio with a passion!  I am pretty tired so I am off to recover from a killer day.  "G"

The show was great as usual. The Texas State has to be one of the most top-notch bodybuilding contests in the nation. Mike Johnston (our NPC Chairman) outdid himself on this one. April got second in the fitness division. Her routine rocked and she looked absolutely gorgeous onstage. I am packing for my trip to Vegas...leaving Wednesday afternoon and returning early Sunday. I am very excited to get there and see the sights as well as see what the USA is all about. I am biased towards Nationals (that's just me) but who knows how I will feel about the USA after this weekend. I will fill everyone in on how things went out there as soon as I get back. I also hope to have some cool photos from the trip to post on my site as well. Still haven't received my offseason photos from WPW, but as soon as I do, they will find their place on my site too. I am 19 weeks out and cleaning things up a bit in terms of my diet. 16 weeks is when the real fun begins and then 12 will be hell from there on out. I am both anxious and nervous all at the same time. One thing is for certain...I AM READY TO GET THIS PARTY STARTED BABY!!! I am bringing it this year fo sho!

I am so excited! My sister-in-law arrives tonight to get ready for the Texas State on Sat. She is a fitness competitor and is sure to win top placings. I watched her routine last weekend while she was visiting and it is really impressive. WAY TO GO APRIL...YOU ARE GOING TO BLOW PEOPLE'S MINDS!!! I am so proud of her and all that she has accomplished this past year, what a tremendous young lady she is--an inspiration for a lot of females for sure. I will be in attendance of course, so if anyone sees me be sure to say HELLO! The hard part for me is trying to figure out what to wear...as you can tell from my previous post, it is pretty frustrating these days. I got a great email from a fan that said that he understood what I was going through and that whenever he sees a female bodybuilder he is sure to think "how long did it take for her to find those clothes?" Oh yea, and Miss Raquel Oliver felt my pain in her journal as well...ahh...the life of a heavyweight bber!!! LOL! Once again, if you see me, do not hesitate to give me a "what's up!" at the show this weekend. "G"
