The new offseason gallery is finally up and running. I have been inundated with emails concerning those photos and the overwhelmingly positive response has been thrilling. Thanks guys...it makes a big girl feel good to hear those things! lol! I am still training with major intensity and loving every minute of it. I just got back yesterday from "Okla-get-down-homa"...home of Howard Huddleston and his network of friends otherwise known as "the family". Words cannot express how wonderful it was to finally meet this group. Their hospitality and warmth was truly overwhelming. Sherry Smith and Carri Ledford were motivational to see. These ladies have worked their tails off to get ready for Nationals this year. It was nice to be around such comraderie...not a bit of jealousy or territorial issues were involved. Simply put...I felt completely at home and so happy to be there. Thank you H for showing me your world and yes...they are all as special as you had described. Okay, trying to hit the cardio a bit harder these days...pants getting a little too tight for comfort. I have been really happy with my offseason shape this time around and don't want to ruin it now. I cannot stand that sloppy water-logged feeling that happens during the offseason-yuck! Okay, I hope everyone enjoys the "big girl" pics...trust me...there is a whole new body waiting to unveil itself in November...I CANNOT WAIT! "G"

Okay, Okay!!! I have heard your requests for more G'Ology...and here I am! Been CRAZY busy over here to say the least. I hope everyone had a nice St. Patrick's Day. I completely forgot and spent the entire day without a hint of green on...didn't get pinched, so that was fortunate. Had a great leg workout tonight complete with a squatting regimen that went like this: 135# for 25 reps, 225# for 25, 275# for 15, and 315# for 10 reps. Bear in mind that these aren't "half squats"...these are ass to the floor baby! Had taken care of some particularly evil leg extensions prior to this and then after squats went on to some modified sissy squats and finally walking lunges. I kept feeling like I was going to hurl the protein drink I had consumed pre-workout and had to hold onto things to keep my legs from buckling underneath me. They were so pumped--it was insane! I really enjoy workouts like this, it is getting into that zone that separates the "mice from (wo)men" so to speak. Electra is doing very well, thanks for the inquiries. I also wanted to tell people that Andy and I will be devoting an entire page on my site for...you guessed it...OFFSEASON PHOTOS. You asked for it, so you shall get it. I have already taken a few that I need to send to him to upload to the new page and I have many more to come. Hope you enjoy. "G"

Well despite the placings at the Arnold, I am supremely proud of Bonny. I saw the online photos and she looked absolutely fantastic! Way to go Bon...we are all so proud and happy with your showing. Now, go enjoy your downtime and EAT SOMETHING MAMA!! lol! Body update: I did my measurements yesterday and it appears that easing up on my bicep training hasn't affected their growth one bit. Taping a solid 17" cold. Freaked me out--biggest they have ever been. I will be sure and get a picture of that with the tape too so that people can see this craziness for themselves. My training combined with food intake has taken my size to a new level. I am both elated and freaked at the same time. Can't really describe it really, just know that whatever the case, I am on a one way train to Dallas and I am NOT SLOWING DOWN. One thing I would like to address right here and now...Kevin Davis is A LOT bigger than me. The guy is 5'4", 220 lbs and GROWING. I am sick and tired of people asking that question so I wanted to set the record straight here. AND he is phenomenally strong in the gym...so, there is no comparison there either. Yes, I am freaky strong for a female, but GEE WHIZ! Kev defies belief sometimes in the gym. If I didn't see it for myself, I wouldn't believe it. I think it is due to his intense athletic training background combined with his compact stature that makes him so powerful. Another thing that I like about him is that he is strong in ALL of his lifts...not just legs or back, etc.. The picture people keep asking me about is the one of he and I at our show...4 YEARS AGO and he was 50# lighter. If he will do me the honor, I will certainly post some pics of him in my offseason gallery as well so everyone can see our progression. He is kicking around doing the Texas State again this year, so we will see what his final decision will be soon...he's going to have to start dieting soon if he decides to go for it. Ah, dieting...music to my ears! lol! "G"

It's unanimous, I WILL be adding an offseason gallery to my site. Man! You people really want to see big mama at her fullest don't you? lol! Hitting the scales at 192# these days, so if size is what you want to see...you will definitely be seeing it here. I am very happy with how things are going right now. This is the best offseason shape I have ever had, and I am 10 pounds HEAVIER than I have ever been! Howard's wisdom has made all the difference in the world. The guy simply knows his S*@T! I have always looked at my offseason as a time to pig out, do zero cardio and train balls to the wall every time I stepped foot into the gym. Well, H has lowered the boom on that mindset and set me straight. I admit, I am still training like a crazy person, but all other areas have been put into better perspective. I am SOOOO excited to see what kind of magic he performs as Nationals gets closer...you people have no idea how much I have changed already...this is going to be bananas...I CANNOT WAIT!!! Now, everyone keep your fingers crossed for Bonny Priest this weekend at the Arnold. The sky is the limit for her and I wish her all the best. Okay, the offseason gallery will get rolling as soon as Andy gets back from Ohio. I will be snapping some pics next week and the week after to have a nice group to choose from. Any poses you guys would like to see more than others, please let me know. This is still a free site and I appreciate all of your great ideas and suggestions. Yay! Tomorrow is Friday...have I told you how much I LOVE Fridays??? lol! "G"
